Carriage for Kayaks starts at £30 and you need to select the correct pricing at checkout. If you don't then we will contact you and withold despatch until full payment is made.
For single items worldwide we use Royal mail and we can ship to an address other than the billing address. For larger orders we use carriers such as City Link, Nightfreight and Parcelforce worldwide.
If you don't receive your purchases within 7days plus the availability time, you must tell us so we can replace it for you and track down the missing parcel.
All orders dispatched to European countries pay 20% tax and will be added on when you checkout.
All orders dispatched to non-EU countries are tax exempt and you will pay the local import duty and sales tax when it arrives in your country. This is sometimes collected by your local postal service.
The US treasury explains simply the procedure for the US, and we believe most countries have similar systems.
When you checkout, the first screen shows the UK VAT at 17.5% added, don't worry if you are outside the EC as the next screen (where you fill in your name) allows you to exempt yourself from VAT.
We will add back the VAT if you exempt the order and delivery is within the EU.
For EU traders who are VAT registered, we require a fax of your VAT certificate before you can exempt the order.
The Watershed uses
You can always phone us with your credit card details. If you want to phone us with your details, simply email us with your order and we will phone you back. You can email us with your details if you wish.

After we have received the goods and verified the defect we will immediately dispatch a replacement, refund the cost within 30 days of receipt of the goods or credit you against another product. It's your choice. We will incur the cost of the return postage.
If you want to exchange sizes or be refunded, simply email us before returning the unused goods to us and we'll send another to you (as long as you haven't used it). You will incur the cost of the return postage.
