Enterprise Consultant Dean Maragh has helped both institutional organisations and small companies become more enterprising. Dean and his colleagues at The Watershed, deliver training, consultancy, mentoring and support to small business and their support network in areas such as ICT, marketing, e-commerce, growth, finance and e-learning.

Dean has worked with graduate start-up in both UK and Vietnam as well as managing the Durham Business School Biz-KIT project, a project to help SMEs in the North East of England make good use of ICT. Elements of the Biz-KIT project were taken to Croatia to help this developing economy. The DTi, Business Link, Association of Canoe Trades, Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales, Chartered Management Institute are just some of the bodies Dean has worked with to develop small business products

Dean's work with the business support agencies includes development and delivery of 'Technology Means Business', 'The Case for Women's Enterprise' and other business support training programmes to both UK and international participants.

A Chartered Marketer, Fellow of the Institute of Business Advisers and member of the SFEDI (Small Firms Enterprise Development Initiative) means that Dean and his team have a track record of working to develop small businesses whether it is working directly or with their advisers.
